  • A Method for Human Emotional Expression Based on the Facial Morphology of Fish

This study proposes an innovative paradigm for cross-species emotion expression, exploring the potential application of non-human biological features in human emotional communication through the analysis of fish facial morphology. Using a funny fish headshot as the source material, the study analyzes the emotional symbolic meanings assigned to key facial features such as the eyes and mouth of fish in human cognition, discusses and summarizes the diversity of this cross-species mapping, and contributes to enriching the internet ecosystem and making biological knowledge more interesting.

  • Application of Jumping Theory

In this paper, we generalize the conclusion provided by 仙童数学. We derive a class of higher-degree polynomials that can be reduced to linear polynomials. We also prove that there is no polynomial with a degree greater than the number of variables. This conclusion holds significant potential for reducing the computational complexity of solving higher-degree equations on computers.

  • Water Goes Down: An Empirical Analysis of Gravity in Urban Drainage Systems

For centuries, scientists have speculated that water might possess a tendency to move downwards. In this groundbreaking study, we utilize the SWMM (So Wet Many Moisture Model) and NSGA-II (Non-Stop Gravity Assessment II) to empirically test this hypothesis. Our simulation results, involving 42 subcatchments and a significant amount of simulated rain, confirm with 99.9% confidence that water indeed flows from high elevation to low elevation (p < 0.001). We also discovered that if the ground is perfectly flat, the water becomes confused and stops moving, forming what is technically known as a "puddle." This study provides crucial data for anyone planning to construct a slide.

  • Morphological and Flavor Characteristics of a New Durian Cultivar ”Yingliu No.1” (Tentative Name) with Banana Aroma

This study reports a new fruit cultivar, banana-flavored durian (tentatively named ’Yingliu No.1’), obtainedvia cross-species flavor regulation technology. Morphologically, this cultivar exhibits a unique pinnate epidermalstructure and a yellow-to-white gradient color characteristic, while organoleptically, it successfully fuses the freshsweetness of banana with the rich mellow aroma of durian. We systematically analyzed its morphological traits, volatile flavor compound composition and sensory acceptability, which provides a novel theoretical and practicalreference for the innovative breeding and flavor improvement of tropical fruits.
